Put in one order - I ordered 4 items and only 3 arrived. I emailed numerous times and first was replied to stating the delivery had arrived - obviously it had but one item missing so then they just stopped bothering replying to my emails and no offer of a replacement or a refund - extremely disappointing!

The glasses I ordered weren't what the advert said, There was no adjustment just close up. They were meant to adjust automatically but they didn't. Absolute rubbish

Ridiculous delivery time (still supposedly in China after many weeks). Useless customer service, take a week to reply, then say to wait another week, i told to wait yet another week, then just that they already told me to keep waiting ! I nolonger trust it will even turn up....
