Substandard product / avoid
Avoid this company the product they showed on FB was not what was sent to me or anything like it. I have tried to contact them which is a waste of time. These people are scammers do not send them your money , you would be as well throwing it down the toilet. No communication for them avoid at all costs !!!! The company have asked for more details after wading my review. The product that was advertised on Facebook was a good looking sturdy well made product. The product I received was about 3 times smaller than the one advertised and nothing like the advertised product. This seems to happen a lot when buying products from companies on Facebook. I will submit photos to Londonnnk later on today however I stand by my review the product is substandard to what was advertised . I have responded with photos of this product that was sent to me . I still stand by this review the product is terrible quality and should not have been sent out. I have asked for a full refund and I would not buy from this company again irrespective of whether I get my refund or not. Update on this review the company have came back to me and offered a full refund which I have accepted. I thank them for the prompt resolution of this issue.
