License breaches, responsible gaming is not taken seriously
Multiple times I have stated them to have my account permanently and immediately closed tue to reasons of responsible gaming. The answer is always the same: The maximum self-exlusion period is 1 month - and for that you have to fill a formula with all of your details AND also leave your signature in order for them to process. They dont care about the closing reasons - your account will be reopened in 1 month all the time. Deposit limits exist theoratically, but you can not choose the numbers, they have a list of possible limits, which are way too high (e.g. lowest daily limit is 50€) and you can only apply those, by request. I am going to file a complaint at the Anjouan Authorities, since this is where they have their license from.
