Would Not Recommend
I strongly advise against engaging the services of LolliMaids. Over the course of multiple bookings, my experience with this company has been consistently disappointing and markedly unprofessional compared with other cleaning services I have used in New York, Washington DC, Chicago, and Houston over the past 15+ years. Specific issues I encountered include: - Repeated last-minute cancellations, including one instance less than 30 minutes before a long-scheduled appointment. The only explanation offered was that a team member had called in sick and no replacement could be found. Little apology or sense of urgency was extended by the company; instead, the responsibility to rearrange my schedule was placed entirely on me. - In a prior visit, a team damaged a bed frame and initially denied responsibility, claiming the damage pre-existed. The company ultimately agreed to cover the repair, but only after significant back-and-forth. - On another occasion, a team member became visibly upset and abruptly left the premises when asked to address a visible stain on the floor. - Most recently, after politely requesting that a few basic tasks be completed, one cleaner loudly declared in front of me, "I never want to come back to this house again," citing the amount of work required. Across multiple teams, the attitude has been one of resentment rather than service. Staff frequently appear inconvenienced by reasonable requests or gentle guidance, creating a tense and unpleasant atmosphere in one's own home. This is not the standard I have come to expect from professional cleaning services, where courteous, proactive, and solution-oriented behavior is the norm. In short, LolliMaids has consistently failed to deliver reliable, respectful, and competent service. I cannot recommend them and encourage prospective clients to explore more professional alternatives.
