They are absolutely horrible with communications. The one and only time I used them, and I was sent the wrong items. They were quick to accept the return. My refund still hasn't been sent days after they said it would. They will not answer their phones, and their emails are few and far between. I'm still waiting on my refund from them. I will never use them again and encourage others to beware.

They did not send the correct size. I ordered a women's L and they sent a XL. I called and emailed them to let them know that the quality and the item was good. However, they sent an XXL and it should have been an XL. They said they would fix the problem. I have called and left messages, and multiple emails the past 2 months with zero response. *UPDATE: They did send a replacement shirt but it wasn't worth the hassle of chasing them down and having to manage the relationship of the person who was supposed to receive it.

I ordered some oxford shirts with our corporate logo. I uploaded the logo and they sent me a proof back that looked like the actual stitching that was going to show up on the shirt. When the shirts came, they all looked great. One shirt had a defect in it, they asked me to send them a picture of the shirt. They promptly replaced the shirt at no cost to me. Great product and Great customer service!! I have already recommended them multiple times.
