I am more than happy to share my positive experience with LogoPerfecto (James). I am trying to start an Online business, and of course need a logo to reflect my vision. Since day one James was extremely helpful, insightful and patient. All of my ideas, which were sometimes scattered, were absorbed by James and toyed with until a final product came to fruition. The customer service throughout the process was amazing. I will admit I was skeptical at first when I came to the website and there was immediately a chat with James, assuming he was just a bot. I quickly learned he was a real person and determined to help in every way possible until my logo was perfect. Several options were presented in very very quick manners but they were incredibly well done. Once we found our right model, he made sure every detail was exactly the way I wanted it to be.
