One of the WORST experiences! Beware of misleading promises, lousy communication, constant delays and poor performance! I purchased one of their most expensive packages back in June of 2020 to help me create a logo and build a website for my newly established business. I was told it will take about a month to have it done and 10 months later I still don’t have neither my website, nor my business cards!!! It’s totally unacceptable taking into account that I paid them 2K for the service they failed to deliver! They also kind of pressured me to write a nice review about my experience with them when they created my logo. I did write a nice review, but the mistake was that I wrote it before I received my business cards. Once they got money and the good review from me, I immediately became an unimportant customer to them. Lately they started ignoring my texts too! At this point I just want my money back. This was a nightmare for me!

Do not do business with this company, they will take your money and disappear. I have paid in full for a profession website. They broke off communication with me, after I asked for revisions to the poorly designed website. I paid extra for professionally written content, what a joke! NO help, nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Now I'm forced to file in conciliation court because they wont refund my money.

This company has been a huge disappointment. I have paid full price for a Logo and it has taken several weeks to get a basic design. My instructions and request were clear and ignored. Now I have been switched from James Murphy to Adam with not help. I am still waiting

One star is way to much for these guys bunch of scammers...I think there is only one guy that works there because they all have the same voice. You can't leave a message with anyone unless you tell them what it's in regards to ( Red flag) they won't even give you the CEOs name. They never call back when they say they are. And they stalk people on the website chat which website has magically disappear...lol.

Where do I begin? All I can say is that this company is a fraud. They will say yes sir, yes sir, and do what it takes to take your money and you won't get what you paid for. They are all operating from overseas, most likely in Pakistan and/or India. They don't do Zoom or any video chat, just Whatsapp and it usually a time zone difference. You will also note Robert Jones and Adam Black and whoever they say working on your project will never have a three-way call. I purchased the Logo Design and Web design package. Robert Jones was the hardest to get a hold of for our web development, in fact, I never even got a chance to even talk to his manager that Robert claims. They will try to kill time with minimal work so you can't request any chargeback. So far I had to hire a better-qualified team to do it with proper advice and feedback. Buyers beware. Never pay up from the whole website package!

Scam alert.... charged twice... said I would get a refund and a logo by Monday... no response from them and no pending credit to my account.

I paid this company $2000 to develop the logo + branding + website of my brand. The work they do is a joke, high school teens do a better job than them. I paid them on June 2nd 2020 and I’m still trying to get a refund. They claim ”100% money back guarantee” on their website and is fake. I disputed the transaction with my bank, they refunded me the money and this company fought back, telling that I didn’t follow the normal process in their “refund policy” on their website and I didn’t request a refund with a “refund request form”, what they never told me for sure !!... then the bank returned my money to them and told me that Logo Perfecto was willing to refund me if I file the refund request form and deal with directly with them. I have contacted them already for over 2 weeks and they just hang the calls or just gave me excuses and today they told me that they are not going to refund me my money and that I could do whatever I want (very rude and provocative attitude). They didn’t provided any service to me and I want my money back, I’m disputing the claim with my Bank and I’m sure I’m going to get my money back, but this is just so time consuming and a waste of time... This has been a nightmare the last 2.5 months. STAY AWAY!!! They are dishonest, thieves, scammers and they know how to trick people and take money from them !!! SCAM 100%
