Logo Design MarvelReviews of logodesignmarvel.com

Did not like the logos that were designed. Since I did not ask for a redesign, I asked for my money returned. Since there is a money back guarantee. Well it has been over 3 months and Jason Vaughn never returns emails or is helpful in my refund. Still waiting for Jason or anyone from Logo Design Marvel to respond

My nightmare continues with this company. Their website promises 100% Money Back Guarantee, but this is an outright lie. They will not reimburse but will only offer additional services for compensation. Unfortunately, when you've had a nightmare of an experience and their efforts to resolve have been inadequate, I'm not interested in deepening our relationship or getting additional services from you. It's looking more and more like we will have to file a dispute with our credit card company for reimbursement. Do not use this company - the professionalism and competency is seriously lacking, and they will never take ownership for errors they made.

They didn’t do the job as requested. When I did state that I was very unhappy with the logo they promised and requested a refund (as they promise on their website), they disappeared. After giving them sufficient warning that I would file a complaint with the BBB, still no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and guess what....they didn’t even respond to them!! Just beware. They make it seem like they are operating in your “area”, but that is not the case at all.

Garbage company. They claim money back guarantee but wrong! I paid over $300 for custom design and got Sh#@ back. They pulled logos off the internet to see if I would like them. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! They wouldnt give me my money back.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with.

Be aware!Do not pay them before they send you your work!you will not be satisfied and you will not have your money back! However I can suggest to avoid them

I called to cancel my order because it was not what I was expecting. Peter Markis was very very rude to me. I had apologized and he had the authority to say, I should be!! I am a customer do not Ever Disrespect Me!!! He needs to check himself!! If my funds is not credited to my account I will report him to my creditors.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! Super pushy sales experience from the get go. The designer did nothing I asked for, took weeks going back and forth with cheap looking and horrible designs, and then when I asked for a refund the designer Peter was incredibly rude and argued with me. I spoke to a supervisor and was promised a brochure over almost a month ago with weekly and sometimes daily email correspondence(which I saved) and I am still asking for my money back and every time I do, they say it is in process. This company is a total shame. Every time I call, the employees have no idea what is going on and they always promise that a supervisor will call me back and they never do. Plus I even asked that they send me the original file to work with someone else and they didnt even do that.... amazing
