I wanted to like this company but they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My design was late, misprint ed and when I asked for a refund the folks named "Khan" & "Sherry" refused to give me a refund and got so riled up by the conversation he cursed at me, called me names and hung up on me. WORST COMPANY EVER. THERE IS CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY ELSEWHERE. $75 GONE!

These guys are a joke.....tried to purchase a $68.99 package and they charged my CC $6899. Then when I called them about, the smart-mouthed rep not only did NOT apologize, but instead ran his mouth, talked over me and some how tried to blame it on American Express and Discover. That's right, they tried to charge both cards....$14k for a $68.99 charge. THEY DID NOT CATCH THE ERROR< MY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES ALERTED ME OF THE CHARGE. UNPROFESSIONAL smart-asses.
