Logoscraftly charged me nearly $2,500…
Logoscraftly charged me nearly $2,500 for the development of two websites in 2024. They never worked as advertised. They are not responsive or fruitful. Logoscraftly has not only failed to deliver proper websites, but they have also taken control of my website insomuch as I cannot even transfer them to another developer (i.e., logoscraftly took control of the log-in to my website). AS such, I cannot even get another developer to fix the issues that I have due to logoscraftly! I have been trying to get them to fix the issues for over a year now, but to no avail. Again, logoscraftly has taken control of my websites (bradfordlmccall.net & gouldiangold.net) and I cannot get them back. The domain registration now shows logoscraftly's email address as the owner of my domains. Since I do not know logoscraftly's password, I cannot access my own accounts anymore. Stay Far AWAY from logoscraftly! Be advised: you will do business with a company that has no morals. Stay FAR, FAR away! They have taken my money and robbed me blind. They contacted me a few days ago, fishing for further business. I stupidly allowed them back into my accounts a few days ago due to my inability to update my websites above, and now (as of 7/15/26), I no longer have the two websites they initially created at all. Both of those websites are now "down." This has happened within the last 2 days. My above-noted 2 websites are now totally defunct.
