I applied as a designer after being told the review process would take 1–3 weeks. It's now been over a year with absolutely no update or communication. If you can't review applications within the timeframe you advertise, don't mislead people. A simple rejection would have been far more professional than leaving applicants waiting indefinitely. Very disappointing experience.
