Homeowners insurance premiums
I was looking into lowering my homeowners insurance premiums since I live in Florida. I contacted Loggerhead and was approved after an initial screening. I also paid for and received a Wind Mitigation analysis which also was approved. The next contact I received was a rejection due to certain Challenger circuit breakers in the main breaker panel. The Loggerhead inspection was very thorough both inside and out. Unfortunately the Challenger breakers were rejected and so was the insurance. At this point I was unable to contact the overly aggressive sales person and never heard from him again. Very poor customer relations. Note that there was no evidence of any failure of the breakers in question and that there is no record of any damage caused by these breakers anywhere. Apparently they appear risky. These are the original breakers installed with the house in 1993. This inspection process was in August 2025.
