Tired of being charged, especially if it doesn't work every time
Easy Loger records most of my calls and texts but not All of them. Also every time I buy a new phone I have to reinstall it and they charge me all over again, every time rather than it being linked to my email as paid. I have had this app since 2013 or 14, I can't remember but it was around that time.

Hi Stacy, The app does need to be installed on every new phone, this is a general app behaviour across all mobile software. We are happy to swap your licence to your new device please email at [email protected]. I am sorry your expereince was less than satisfactory.
