AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I bought a concept watch for my daughter from this company in their preorder drive back in 2021. Their projected timeline for completion and delivery was the first quarter of 2022. They had holdups with their design and production due to various reasons which is understandable. However, at time of writing this review (September 2024) they are yet to deliver a product and have failed to meet various deadlines taking us to 2 and a half years past their original timeline with no end in sight) I asked for a refund several months ago and they just flat out refused despite me being entitled to a full refund (their preorder contract stated that the customer could cancel at any time for any reason prior to delivery and would receive a full refund) Additionally, their communication throughout has been shocking. This company is either a scam or the owners have no morals whatsoever. Avoid like the plague!
