LocalPodiatry.comReviews of localpodiatry.com

Since we have started using LocalPodiatry.com our business has increased greatly. It is a user friendly service which provides a brief description of our services and our doctor. I would recommend localpodiatry.com to help increase your patient base.

Local Podiatry has full filled its promise about bringing new patients to our office. Our office is bilingual, so we an explanation in Spanish. We also use the program as a training tool for our front desk,as we can listen to all phone calls that come in through. If there is a better way to handle the call it can be discussed. The only issue we have is the software needs to be updated so if a special word or sentence is said it is charged as an appointment. However when I listen to the call and I know it will not turn into an appointment I let local podiatry know and the charge is reversed. Example: A drug rep called and wanted to make an appointment to show a new it. I am sure it was a cold call and he searched local podiatrist.
