Ugliest most pitiful arrangement at the funeral. Certainly not worth 85.00. Never ever use this service. They tell you they are going to make right but never do.

A birthday bouquet was ordered 2 weeks prior to delivery on Nov 16th for my Mother’s 93 birthday!!! I received 2 confirmation notices that the flowers were delivered! They were not. When I phoned to inquire, not once but twice as the flowers were still not delivered the second day, I was advised that the florist could not be contacted and was not responding by phone or message. This is not a company I would use again if they do not use reliable florists!

I will never use the service again. I only gave it one star because there was not a choice to give it zero. In all fairness it may not have been the service but the florist itself. Bottom line 5 days later my flowers were not delivered and I had to get a refund.

I'm still waiting for a refund. I ordered for a birthday bouquet to be delivered on a Tuesday. They didn't deliver because they didn't have my signature on the card. When I called to follow up, I was told the delivery would happen at 11am the next day. When I called at 3om to follow-up I was told they couldn't find a local florist and asked if I wanted to cancel. I asked for a refund and was told it would take just a few days If I never called, I highly doubt I would have gotten the update. This was on the 16th of Sept. It's Sept. 23rd and still no refund.

Flowers arrived during service😖

The website and photo for my bouquet described it as having white daisies with pink mini-carnations, purple carnations, green pompoms, and a lilac ribbon, in a white basket. What I ACTUALLY got was white daisies, greenish-white carnations, and TWO other carnations, one white and pink, one purple. The basket was super cheap looking. All together NOTHING like described/pictured, which is disappointing considering how expensive they were to begin with. I ordered for a few days after Mother's Day, so I know things are very busy, but that's no excuse: if you can't deliver what you charged me for, or an appropriate substitute (if I order something colourful, I expect not to get a basically all-white bouquet with only two colourful flowers!) you should either let me know and refund some of my money since you can't deliver what you sold, or not sell it in the first place. I feel very ripped off, the bouquet looked cheap and ugly, which ultimately didn't help my relationship with the person I bought it for. Very upset & dissapointed.

I was really disappointed. The recipient sent me a photo to say thank you and I thought the arrangement looked very poor and nothing like the image provided on the website.
