After ordering, a day later I receive an email unable to deliver. At that point, I was asked to provide an address for the delivery, just to get another email, unable to deliver.

Advertised online delivery to Madigan Army Medical Center. Failed to deliver there.

Did not deliver flowers. Now I have to wait until next week to call and see what went wrong.

Flowers were not delivered as promised

Item was scheduled early Saturday for delivery. It was not delivered and I was informed it would have been sent a Monday instead. Disappointed customer.

I paid for flowers for a funeral just to be told the day before the flowers were undeliverable. No apology no help.

I ordered birthday flowers two weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date. My order was accepted. One day before the delivery date, I was notified the local florists associated with this site could not make the delivery. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift that can be overnighted to reach the recipient on her birthday.
