I had a great deal of difficulty maneuvering finalization of my application. But, Tracy and Kim were more than helpful, basically walking me hand held through the whole experience. I'm just not tech savvy. They knew my situation and didn't give up on me. At the same time, I did not feel they were just trying to get another contract.
