The personal loan company offers an internet application, which is straightforward and efficient. There was a glitch in my initial response to my application. I called in and spoke with a very helpful woman in customer service. A few hours later the glitch was corrected and my loan was approved. The interest rate is much better than almost all of the loans out there. For that fact alone the company should be applauded.
