Seamless process!
Seamless process! I just did a refinance on my condo and I closed in less than 30 days. The application was very easy and the system is super user friendly and intuitive. The broker is easily accessible for any questions. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends

My wife and I shopped 4 different…
My wife and I shopped 4 different lenders and listened to what each of them had to offer. All of them had similar rates, but none of them were able to explain the Loan Estimate and closing costs except for Loan House. Their communication and follow up made what has traditionally been a miserable experience a real pleasure. We highly recommend them and are very thankful for meeting our scheduled closing date.
