Terrible experience!! I can’t believe I fell for it and actually ordered on this scam website! No customer service to reach and the items look cheap. Nothing I’ve seen on the picture! Never again!!😣

I explained to them 3 times I never received my order 4 items and still I had one reply stating it was delivered to my mail box which it never was nor would it fit. 90.00 dollars..

I'm still waiting for four items I ordered for a cruise...three weeks and still no tracking number or shipper info available!

Llenu is a scam. They say the clothing company is from South Carolina and that the clothing is made there, apparently not. Read the following review, Rated 3 out of 5 stars Oct 16, 2022 I originally ordered three items one of… I originally ordered three items one of them was not available and I received a prompt refund… The other two items arrived one of which I wished to return… Of course these items were shipped from China and that option is not available!! The original offer was to refund me $15 on a $40 item but I could “keep the “item”. I countered back and said I would accept no less than $25 refund and they could keep $15 for shipping and handling charges. One of the three items was a little black dress which is cute for the price. I have recently ordered two things from China and I will not be ordering anything again… These things were advertised on Facebook by the way Date of experience: October 11, 2022" Made in China! Shipped from China! I have been waiting for 23 days for my order from "South Carolina". I have contacted the company for the third time they are not returning my emails. I got stuck in a previous scam like this finding out it was not an American company but a scam from China. To get a refund for the clothing that is crappy manufacturing and poor sizing, the items must be returned to China. And the refund may take up to 3 months to process.

Company is a Scam. Cannot reach customer service. I ordered a dress and they say it shipped, but label not in tracking after two weeks. They also say clothing is made in South Carolina, but billing on my account is Hong Kon.com.

This company is a scam, their clothes are made in China, it’s impossible to return anything, the quality of clothes is cheap, they just change name from Ryabe to Llenu and many more, just to sale their junk

I wish I would have looked at these reviews ! This company is terrible and a fraud. They will not accept a return for credit and the merchandise is terrible quality with sizes that don’t fit. The clothes run extremely small. Customer service is almost non existent ; they don’t respond to emails. Keep your money !! $ 87.00 dollars out the window. I threw them in the trash , Nobody could fit the awkward shape of the dresses

Llenu have only partially refunded me for a parcel of clothes that was never delivered to me. Evri (Hermes) said they incorrectly labelled the parcel as the wrong size (letterbox sized instead of large) so they returned it to sender. Evri admit they should have just brought it back to the depot to be relabelled but they said I need to take it up with Llenu, who won't give me a full refund and are based in Hong Kong, so they really don't care about my money they are withholding. Have taken up with credit card company who are thankfully being brilliant but Llenu are thieves.
