I have never had a experience like this one. All I wanted to do is return the outfits because they did not fit. They want me to keep the clothes that don't fit and they will refund me 14.00, for what I don't know. They will not send me the address to return the items and they want me to pay into their Paypal account and I have to pay for the shipping. They don't have a number I can called and they keep telling me to keep the outfits. Also they said the size chart was right, which it is not. I looked at it before I ordered the items and they told me that they run large and they don't. I will never order anything else from this company and I hope you guys don't either. A very bad experience!! I have been trying to solve this since Sept 27,2023

The quality of the item was bad and they will not return the item and horrible to deal with. I will never order from them again.

DO NOT BUY from this site. I purchased two items. Cheaply made and poor sizing. I want to return the items for a full refund which must be done within a month. I have emailed them 4 times without a response. No customer service phone number available. It is a SCAM!!!

They are a scam. I received 2 items has nothing to do with the pics. They made it hard for me to return them. They offered m to refund 20$ instead of what I paid (107$).Don’t order from them.this is my advice honest to God.

Liyny is running a fraud... they had advertised a good looking dress on the website. The dress was no where close to the picture, material highlighted on the website and what was sent were totally different. Measurement of the size was inconsistent than what was provided in the size chart. More importantly at the time of purchase the website stated that the merchendise can be returned in 30 days but when reach to request a return they begin to negotiate so not to return the who amount and then if unstill insist on returning... give you an address in UAE.... This is a complete fraud and the site should be banned

I will not shop on this website again. I received my order and one of the outfits did not fit me well. I contacted their customer service to return the outfit and was told they will not take it back but would offer me $11 compensation and I should keep it. Really!?! Terribly disappointed. Even the tops I ordered are not made the same as the pictures on the website….the website shows them as long flowing tops and they do not fall nearly as long on me as the pictures show. This company’s return policy is NOT friendly.

The outfit I ordered looks terrible. Cheap material. I tried to return it, but when you go to customer service, it takes you right back to their shopping website. Very agrivating. No phone number!

Received 3 blouses. Paid $95. Did not like them at all. I was expecting three beautiful fall blouses. Was looking forward to them. Very disappointed! The materials the colors, the fit all wrong. And one was the wrong size. I contacted them too return them. They agreed to a refund of $30. And refused to do anything else about it. I will never wears these tops. And I will never order anything else from them. They "got me" for $65. That's if I actually see the $30 refund.
