Material is cheap. Order two dresses, one was true to size, one was 2 sizes too big. Hard to find address for return.

Buyer beware! Sizing is way off. I ordered three items all same size, all are way off from sizing on web site. Quality is awful. Two full length dresses one 4” short the other way too long. Returns are ridiculously difficult. I spent just over $100 and they first offered me $15 refund. The refund offers are a testament to what they think their clothing is worth. After numerous emails they have finally agreed to full refund but I have to ship everything back to Dubai. I have made complaints to the BBB and to Division of Consumer Protection (DCP) in NYS.

Don’t buy from them - very expensive for what you get and the sizes are way off - no returns Horrible business practices - lesson learned! But hopefully someone else can save their money

Received 2 dresses that I ordered but they didnt fit. Their website said easy returns and fast shipping Well neither are true. It took 3to 4 weeks to get product and when I tried to return they said only if defective will they return product.

Do NOT buy from this company. The dress arrived way too large. Their website states "easy returns". When I requested to return it they offered me $8 to keep it. I said that was unacceptable, as I paid $46 for the dress. This went back and forth with subsequent offers of $16 and $22 to keep it. I refused and fought with my cc company and won the dispute. If you've been misled by them, file for reimbursement with your cc company. Their website also states all clothes are made in and shipped from Los Angeles. False! When I insisted on returning the dress they told me I would have to send it to United Arab Emirates. Although their clothes look quite nice, it is a completely misleading and untruthful website.

Never buy from this site. The size was completely off and they will not accept a return. They are essentially stealing from their customers. I will continue to purse remedy and warn to warn customers never to use this company.

This company only accepts returns for quality issues. I checked return policy before ordering, and in large bold print it says Easy 30-day return /exchanges. However, in much smaller print several lines into their policy statement, it says “only accepts returns for quality issues.” The sizing was way off, no way for me to use the dresses they won’t refund.

Do not buy anything from this company!! I bought an expensive dress that didn’t come close to fitting based on the size I ordered. I read their two pages of instructions for returning provided pictures and responded exactly like they instructed. No response to any of my emails. Funny how when I sent an email to the same address prior to receiving the order regarding the date it would be received. I received an immediate response. Horrible products and no CustomerService!!!!!
