They claim Easy Returns but it is anything but. I ordered several items. Ordered each item per each items sizing chart. Out of the 7 items ordered 1 fit. The bathing suit was cute, but totally see thru. I emailed and got a response asking what I wanted to return. I sent them the list and they then said they won't refund based on size. They are lying on their website about Easy Returns. They won't do return even though size mismatch is their error. They will send new sizes but at a paypal request of $30. Took almost 2 months to receive original order.

This site does not even deserve the one star, but I am unable to write the review without it! It is a scam. It is the absolute worst! I ordered a dress and after waiting for many weeks, when I received it yesterday, it is another dress, it really cannot even be called a dress, it is a hideous piece of cloth. It has absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered. After many emails back and forth and sending pictures, they have not agreed to refund me my money and said I have to inquire back with them in 5 days. They did not even offer to send the correct dress. This is simply not acceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They refused to refund my $106 purchase. The clothes were cheaply made. It took weeks for delivery. They sent me threatening emails when I said I wanted to return items

I ordered this blazer according to the size chart and even sized up. It came and barely fit on my body. It is not good quality. I did not expect super high-quality for $50. Still, I did expect better than this. I doubt it will last through a wash. Due to the size issue I wanted to return it. This item was not at all what I expected and not even remotely close to their own size chart. They will not accept any returns at all and if you want to exchange it, you need to pay a $15 shipping fee. The size was so completely off from what the sizing chart indicated. I do not trust that the next one that I receive would be the correct size either. They indicated if I wanted to exchange that one I would have to pay another shipping fee of $15. Horrible way to do business. I am out $54 and have a very low quality blazer that I can do nothing with but donate because of the size.

Tried to contact for a refund 6 times. Terrible company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM> WILL NEVER REFUND!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIYNY! Fabric is very cheap and does not even come close to pictures on web-site. Not made in USA, CHINA! Returns are impossible even though statement says "EASY". This is the second time I have ordered from them. First order I just donated to a thrift shop, I will do the same with this order.

Don't trust this website. They claim Easy Returns but it is anything but. I ordered two items in different sizes and spent $173. Upon receipt, I realized that I couldn't zip the dress up or down because I live alone. I also wanted to return the pant suit size that didn't fit. I was owed a total refund of $128. They responded that I could keep the order and they would give me $22!! They are lying on their website about Easy Returns. Do NOT trust or order from this website.

SCAM!! Wish I had seen more of the bad reviews before I ordered. It said free returns on the site… no *note stating see return policy. I got 2 sizes of a dress since I measured between. First, the fabric wasn’t even close to the photos!! Then when I asked to return 1 of them, they said they only accept returns for defective items. How is this “Free Returns”?!?! My next step is to report them to the BBB.
