Update: Issue finally resolved We had a very frustrating experience with Livily regarding our upcoming stay in Portland. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we received no response for a long time. Even Booking.com was initially unable to get a reply from the accommodation, which was extremely stressful, especially so close to our trip. Update: The accommodation has now finally cancelled our reservation and we have been informed that we will receive a full refund. We are very relieved that the situation has been resolved.

NEVER book any property with this company. Check their reviews on any of the booking platforms, and, in between what are very likely phony reviews, you will see the truth about this company. They hide an exorbitant check-out fee that is roughly twice the amount of the room rent, and worst of all the rooms are almost always dirty upon arrival, and sometimes even damaged, which you run the risk of being blamed and charged for. Fortunately, it only took me once to learn my lesson but trust me, NEVER ever book with Livily properties.

I had a very disappointing experience with Livly Corporate Rentals. I booked accommodation through Booking.com and paid in full 4 days in advance, but host contacted me directly, I was told they never received the payment or reservation details. Despite my payment being confirmed, Livly failed to secure the booking, leaving me without a place to stay and causing unnecessary stress. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I would not recommend using their services unless they seriously improve their reliability and coordination with hosts. I hate to say - livly rentals need a man to handle it.
