Additional information Overall, I'm happy with my Paragon Vitamins subscription. I'd put it at 3.5/5 stars, so I rounded up to four. It would be nice if the website provide more information about how Paragon determines subscribers' customized vitamin plans. Beyond those mechanics, it would be nice to see the (references to the medical/health/etc.) literature (e.g., journal papers, studies, and the like) that inform Paragon's process. I appreciate that part of Paragon's value proposition and intellectual property are its process, yet it seems possible that more information could be shared without Paragon giving away its secret.

One month in and noticing positive changes for sure. Sleeping better and just overall feeling better. I can’t wait to see what I feel like after a few more months. My only minor complaint is that there are a lot of pills to take each day (I chose an optimized plan) but I love that they are organized for me and change day to day. Very satisfied so far!

I've been taking the recommended "Enhanced" package of Vitamins per my hair test and personal assessment for the past 3 months and love my results. I sleep better, have more energy and my skin has cleared up. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I was not notified of my test results once they were in. I waited almost 4 weeks and finally had to log into my PV account to see that they were waiting there. Then it took another 2 weeks to get delivered. Otherwise, my experience has been great.

My experience with Paragon Vitamins has been top notch to date. The communication, packaging and follow up emails have all been 5 star. The only reason for the 4 star rating is I found the preliminary report far too lengthy. I am a relatively healthy person, but by the end of reading it, I felt that the suggestions given to me, were telling me I needed to change my entire lifestyle and to "avoid at all times" foods that are actually ok to have on occasion. To me, this is not sustainable, or accurate in some areas. Along with this, some information provided to me was based on my answers to the questionnaire, which was difficult to answer in some areas. So I don't think this provided the most accurate information to Paragon for them to provide . However, I do think hair analysis is an effective way of finding of finding the supplements that are right for each individual (I have done saliva sampling in the past) which is one of the reasons I have decided to give this a try. I am finishing the first month on the Optimized Plan and the second month of vitamins have arrived, also on the Optimized Plan, so I will see if I notice anything different on how I feel, sleep, etc. To date I haven't noticed a huge change but I am not expecting to within the first few weeks. The online questionnaire needs a bit of revamping. There should be boxed areas to add comments. Not everything is a yes or no answer. I was unable to find anywhere to show that I avoid dairy products.

Overall, a very good experience.
