As a owner of a very busy Authentic Mexican Restaurant, having a tool like this is invaluable! The restaurant is always really busy and loud, so when calls come in for reservations or order requests it was usually very difficult to get the information right. The ability to choose from a person who spoke spanish sold it for me. As far as the interface goes, it's super easy to navigate and implement a new "campaign", or event in my case. We have specials on different day's of the week, so I like the call center to answer my calls a little differently, and having the ability to change the specific wording of what is being said from my desktop is awesome.
