Realy good UX and reactivity
We have been using liveagent for a short time as a replacement for other known software and we are not disappointed. It offers a lot of functionality and a very convenient interface for a reasonable price.

Inclusive Ticketing Feature
We use LiveAgent for our customer service department - and we love that the ticketing feature is included. We are finding that the use of tags is greatly helping for organizing as well with our agents

Just what we needed
Just what we needed. Easy set up, simple billing, quick launch. Custom tags make it easy to track issues. The reporting helps us see trends and get in front of issues quicker. The support team has always been quick and efficient with any issues we have had, and patient when we asked the easy questions too...

I cannot express enough how simple this…
I cannot express enough how simple this software is to navigate. I have NO complaints. We started using Live Agent about 3 months ago and have had no issues. I have worked with logging softwares in the past and nothing compares to Live Agent. Simple Reliable Great Customer Service as well

Great Customer Service Management Tool
Has the ability to work with tickets that come from different sources like Chat, Email, Forms, etc. Which allows for multiple channels for support managed by the same individuals that can distribute the work accordingly.
