I would recommend this product
We use LiveAgent for several years and we think that Liveagent is a product very good. Every year they improve the product and the support service is good.

LiveAgent is the best customer support system we've ever used.
In the past we have used our own customers support system and other third party solutions. We moved to LiveAgent after hearing good things about it. It was quick to implement, easy to set-up and very flexible for choosing how many agents we use at anyone time. We're able to answer user tech support question very quickly with LiveAgent. It's proved to be a great tool for communicating with our user base.

Their helpdesk software is amazing and it works smooth and fine! The interface has a nice look to it and it's easy to access.

Versatile, great price, great support, easy to use.
We tested several platforms and LiveAgent gave the best bang for our bucks. It is also surprisingly easy to use and solve problems as their support team speaks fluent english. Would love to see integrations for other phone solutions. Also integrations for other chat platforms such as Whatsapp, Hangouts, Messenger etc. would be nice.
