It's Simple and convenient to use
It's simplicity and convenience to use. Customers can provide instant feedback for the Agent they interacted with, the software can be customized as per the requirement, Tickets can be organized and grouped as per departments, a great interface for admin to review the performance of other agents. Overall it's been a good experience.

LiveAgent for administrative tasks in travel agency
As an adminsitrative assistant I feel that this software provides more organization and a better use of the information. In our travel agency, it is very important to have all the information of our sales centralized in the same place, something possible with the ticketing that this software provides. We can be coordinated as a team and avoid errors, allowing us to be more productive and hence more profitable in our company. LiveAgent is very easy to use, and the customer service is always ready to help with any kind of issue or concern.

Great product, with room for growth!
Live Agent keeps everything you need to support your clients in one place. I definitely recommend it to any company with a support team. Some might not like the UI but I'm actually a fan of it (using the Dark/Default theme). My only complaint right now is the few times it's crashed/didn't load for us periodically over the last couple weeks.

A powerful platform for support team…
A powerful platform for support team management. UI takes a little getting used to but packed full of features incl. multi-platform sources.

The interface is friendly which makes is easy to use. Sometimes it takes a while to load but overall it is acceptable.The ticket system is a great feature and also easy to use and keep track of. It’s really effective in handling queries

ZenDesk to LA... would do it again...
We made the move from Zendesk to LiveAgent and couldn't be happier. Although the setup and conversion took a little more than we expected and the mobile app is too basic, the customer response (in speed and knowledge and helpfulness) is unlike anyone else. And being a Customer Service tool, you expect high levels of customer service and they exceed that any expectations you could have. I would recommend them over and over again.
