Excellent help desk system!
I use Live Agent on daily base in my working place. Just amazing support portal: combination of live chat, tickets and calls allow me to provide best service to our customers. In 3 words: simple, user-friendly and absolutely super productive. Highly recommended!

Live agent has many useful features…
Live agent has many useful features e.g. autorepliers, tagging emails and a help desk. It is quick to get the hang of.

Great Features by Live Agent
I have been using this for 2+ yrs and their service is great. Easy to use and very much user friendly. It would be very easy to track customers/clients email and messages. Easy to sync our social media accounts and gmail account. I will strongly recommend Live Agent to others.

Easy to use, I recommend to use this help desk
As a Customer Success representative for an international company, LiveAgent makes it easier and trackable our communication even if the different departments are not locate in the same country. I highly recommend this help desk solution,

Great ticketing software, with exceptional customer service
LiveAgent's platform has helped our support team get organized as we scaled our team, and allowed us to automate time consuming tasks as the volume of customer inquiries grew. In addition to their strong ticketing platform, their technical support is phenomenal. Any issues we encountered, were fixed literally within minutes of us contacting them on their online chat. With our great experience so far, we intend to look into upgrade options to further simplify the communication channels our support team uses. Thanks for your service LiveAgent!
