Functional and user-friendly service
Functional and user-friendly service. I've been using LA for the past 2 years and I find it very convenient to use. Tagging allows to group tickets, have them organized and also use for analytics. Easy to distribute tickets between different agents and departments.

Great helper in work
It was very easy to get used to working with LiveAgent. The tag system helps to filter requests and to keep the right organization in daily routine. Creating and using canned replies definitely makes the life of customer service specialists easier. The ability to chat, e-mail and call from the same spot is super-convenient. I highly recommend!

LiveAgent is the main portal that I conduct my daily workflow in communication with our customers. Having all means of connection with clients in a single place makes it easy for me to organize my day-to-day tasks. The feature of emails such as canned messages and predefined answers saves a lot of time and speeds up our responses. What I especially like is to have ticket numbers for each call/email or chat that allows us to make a search easily when it is necessary. Furthermore, if I face any technical difficulty LiveAgent team is always there to assist no matter it is day or night. Excellent and efficient service!
