I was not entirely happy with the product I received, being that it was not centered in its case and the coin itself looks to have a huge smudge on the front and more scratches than I ever imagined with an uncirculated mint state coin. However, with that aside, I extremely impressed the customer service and follow through provided by the company. I really liked the fact that you verified with your customer that the delivery was made and no problems arose during shipping.

The coins arrived well packed and clean. I was a bit dissapointed, though because I thought I was getting a complete collection of the National Parks quarters; instead I only got one of each park, and not both the Denver and Philadelphia mint marks. I am new to this, as this was my first order. A book with nomenclature and explanations of what a complete set contains would be a nice idea.

I did not appreciate having to send back the additional promo coins. If I had missed that I would have been very irate to be charged for them.
