Your on-line ordering program is the worst I have ever used. Your credit card access is hidden and I if you don't enter everything correctly and error comes up and you don't know how to clear it. Your prices are higher by 20% to 30% than most companies I deal with and it takes about a week longer than all others.

Ordering was smooth and the coins were as advertised. However, it took over a week for the order just to be processed and another week to receive the item. I find other coin companies to be much more prompt.
