Coins didn't seem to be of the quality advertised

The coin tubes for the quarters both arrived broken and the quarters were loose in the envelope.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE, I ONLY WANTED 4 COINS THAT THEY OFFERED FOR FREE AND THEY DO NOT STOP SENDING ME MORE AND MORE THINGS THAT I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR. EVEN IN EACH OF THE RETURNS I HAVE MADE TO THEM, I LET THEM KNOW THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING ELSE AND THAT THEY ARE AFFECTING MY WORK, AND THEY CONTINUE TO BOTHER ME. DANGEROUS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

They shipped my order to the wrong address and tried to blame me for the mistake. Their customer service rep deliberately dropped the call and I waited another 10+ minutes to speak to another rep. Avoid this company, I would buy from eBay or Esty. They have very good coin merchants and you are able to compare quality and prices.

I'm a first-time customer at Littleton Coin. I placed 2 orders of the 56 national park quarter set and 8 presidential dollar coins. They both were supposed to be uncirculated and new as stated on the website. BUT they sent me very old coins. What a scam! If I want to return for a replacement, the rep told me it's going to take at least a month for me to get the replacement. HAHA Their customer service is okay but the coin quality is BAD!

I placed an order on June 23, 2021 and still still haven't received it. I've called Littleton and "Pam" said that "they" did not like the mail postal service either and that I had to wait until July 22, 2021 to make a claim. She was neither friendly nor helpful. Customer service goes A LONG WAY.

overpriced coins, annoying on approval deliveries and goodness sake this company sucks

I placed an order for coin pages. I received it and was not happy with it. I have emailed them several times and they do not respond. The customer service is horrible! I paid $6.95 for shipping and $4.95 for return shipping for an item I was not happy with. I want a reimbursement for all of the shipping!
