Reviewing other complaints, it looks like I am NOT the only one who got confirmation that an order was shipped - but never arrives. Mine was shipped on 01/29/2025 but has yet to arrive. I called them and now I have a new confirmation on the replacement order which was shipped on 02/26/2025. Like others who have mentioned it, they ship by UPS but they then transfer it to USPS in the destination city for the final delivery. Why on earth would anyone ship anything by UPS if they are not the ones who deliver it and have to rely on USPS - known for its less than thrilling delivery services.

did not receive the order. you cancelled the order stating I was ineligible for the promotional offer. do not send any "on approval" orders as I am not interested in continued affiliation with your firm.

Did not receive replacement package. The first order arrived with a flaw in the coin. UPS shipment# 800721500672193139 Estimated delivery Monday, January 27 by 7:00 P.M. UPS turned the package over to USPS and I am unable to get any status where the package is.

I ordered one time from this company and now they just send a sample about joining a coin club, which I did NOT request. The most annoying part about this marketing piece is that I need to go to the post office and return the coins, so the don’t charge me $30.00. What kind of company does this and whoever thought it was a good idea, needs to be fired. Bad marketing ploy.
