Slow delivery and my folder came in so bent that I'm not able to put the coins in it but the coins are brand new looking and very nice.

I placed an order online. My name had changed so I did this online also and I asked that a recent HTF and Showcase be sent. I received the invoice and packaging - no coins. Then the catalogs arrived and finally the coins. Three separate mailing seems like a total waste of your resources and postage.

Fast shipping, didn’t realize you were sending other coins that I do not want.

I didn't get what I ordered. They sent me the coin of the month or something. I never asked for that. When I went looking for that on there website it took you everywhere else but there. So I ordered I few small things to get a catalog. Well that didn't work out. Maybe next time. I like what they have to m offer. Just dint care for how things get done.

I received my order 11/20 in the mail. I sent back the morgan silver dollar. Tracking on the order still says not delivered for some reason.

The coins look fine. I was disappointed in the packaging. The one I ordered was advertised in a little cardboard holder that was part of the reason I ordered it. What I got was coins wrapped in plastic.

I like the prepaid return package.
