I ordered something on promotion and then they said it wouldn’t be fulfilled for some unknown reason. It seems unless you order something expensive they won’t fulfill your order.

Order was not received in time for Christmas and was not what I expected. One item was not available.

You cancelled order after a couple weeks due to unavailable leaving me very little time to replace item before Christmas! Very Disappointed!

Sent emailing explaining what coins i had to sell with full description. As expected the requested photos which i sent within a few hours. I waited 2 days+ and never got a reply negative or positive. If they weren't interested in the 100 yr old Peace Silver dollars I wished they were honest and told me up front !!

I ordered 2 coin sets on 11/21 with a 1 to 2 business day shipping statement, for them to send on email on 12/5 to say all the sudden they have put a strict order restriction of 1 on them and the 2 sets that I order every single year would not be sent. They would only be sending the 1 set. So how do I decide which child gets their set and which one gets shorted despite my ordering and receiving confirmation and waiting and waiting for items that were NOT on backorder. I find this HIGHLY unprofessional and to be quite honest, I will be researching new companies to get my coin sets from. This was absolute dictatorship at its ugliest!

Never received my order, it said it was delivered but I never received it. I just ordered another one because I want it for my Grandson for Christmas.
