There were multiple problems with the website when I tried to order. Chat would also not stay active or connected..

The tracking number did not work. When I sent an email inquiring about my order I was emailed back that I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Then I did not hear back from anyone. Four days later I received my order.

I didn’t like the random free trial coin that was sent with as an advertisement, it weirded me out because I had to go through the whole process of sending the coin I don’t want back

It was over a week before in stock items shipped. I bought a 2025 set as a gift and it came in bags- was expecting a case. Items that were advertised were out of stock.

I don't even know what order you're asking about. However the prices are usually stupid high and the coins on approval you sent weren't labeled right and I only found out after I took it out of the plastic sleeve

Coins arrived all in one clear package all getting damaged rubbing on each other. If you want serious buyers you should individually package each coin not put them all in one. That is just common sense and practice.

OK price which is why I bought. I bought the 2025 Silver Eagle as it was discounted. This was slightly cheaper than coin dealers in Tucson. Overall their prices are overpriced.
