Don't buy anything from this company! They say they accept returns for 45 days, but that's only if YOU pay the return shipping. A $25 coin folder I bought cost $33 to return. When I contacted the company, they said, "too bad!"

Requested a quote from their buyer for a roll of 1955 BU Franklin half dollar. The offer was $399.00, and to send the coins to them for their grading assessment. They advertise a FINE grade coin for $132! What a bunch of 8_'didudifggigfds.

Scam mailers scam prices scam services, will never purchase from a so called dealer who simply cancels the orders they lose on to save a few dollars. Doubt you refunded anybody who bought $100+ ounces of silver

First of all I had to waite on the phone for 35 inutes to talk to a sales person. I ordered a coin on February 3, 2026. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday Feb 7, 2026, which it never showed up. Shipped by UPS and then transfered to USPS, both are laxing in accountablity. The person on the phone then tells me it could take up to 14 days for delivery, Totally unacceptable! So now I have decided never to purchase from this company or any online coin stores like this group, due to their lack of interst. BUYERS BEWARE!

The order status still says "processing". I did not receive the order. How long should it take?

Greedy company that is unable to figure out how to maintain sales and a website over the weekend. Cancelling orders on THEIR PROMOTIONS because of “market volatility” is pathetic. And then not refunding money immediately is a nice slap in the face. Avoid them like the plague they are.

Never received my order

Received my coins and the dime was not in its place. I’m not sure how to get it in the slot. I don’t want to damage it.
