This company likes to bait and switch things on you. I wanted to order a mug for mothers day and I was told that it would ship out on May 4-6. It didn't ship out until May 11! Ridiculous! Plus they use the cheapest and most unreliable carrier in DHL. Now its another 2 weeks or so until I get it. This company lies to make sales. I'm so livid I might just throw the mug away when I get it.

They use DHL for shipping so a normal UPS/USPS 3 day trip takes 2 weeks

When I placed my order, the shipping address auto-filled. I contacted them 10 minutes after placing the order and they have been completely unwilling to change the address, cancel the order, or issue me a refund. Terrible customer service and super uncooperative. I absolutely will never do business with them again.

Not really a nice way to say it, but you have to be a complete moron to send ceramics in a box with no wrapping of any sort to keep it protectect. Don't know if it's laziness or just being cheap on the companies part? I'll give y'all one guess how mine showed up!? Was excited but instead was left let down. Yay! Now im lacking a gift I thought would have been perfect for my situation. Thanks a bunch.

If your in the UK don't use this site it's not real. I ordered a few items over 50 days ago. I try to contact them and never get a reply. I contacted my bank and they knew they were a fraudulent company.

I will never again order from this joke of a company again. Waste of time and money. Thanks for the tracking numbers that aren’t even tracking numbers through any shipping company.
