Vibrant cell phone case that is in no way worth the cost for purchase. It is firm plastic with an image transfer!!!!!!! To make matters worse I was charged and sent an additional “recommended” phone case in a different size and totally unusable. Immediately noticed this following checkout. This is the true definition of “contactless service”! There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to aide in addressing issues or resolving problems. The flash recommendation and seeming auto buy is an apparent stunt and an outrageous scam. I immediately notified my credit card company and had the charge credited. Both products arrived quickly. I returned the unopened/undesired package to sender. Not worth the time, money, or aggravation. BROWSER BEWARE. TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Beware! I bought three shirts and when I was checking out the site kept suggesting a phone case. I didnt want . When i was trying to finish my order, I accidentally hit the buy button for the case. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order They charged me and sent it anyway. I sent the unopened box box and have emailed them five times. They have the phone case and will not refund me because I ordered the case and there is nothing wrong with the case. I am surprised they have so many excellent reviews. I cant believe I am the only person that this has happened to.

I would like a refund for my order. Please give return number/address. What is the average time for refund. Wrong color and very cheaply made.

This company allows artists work to be stolen and used in breach of copyright on their products. I have had my artwork stolen as have other artists I know. I lodged a copyright infringement, my image was taken down and now it is back on the site under a new title. Not good enough. The process of lodging a complaint isn’t easy and I don’t have time to keep chasing this

The phone case they sent me did not protect my phone as well as I wanted it to so I requested a refund. Instead they sent me another one which was not meant for my phone at all. I reached out for a 3rd time asking for a refund and they decided to send me a 3rd case with out my permission. I did decided to de a live chat as there is no phone number and the person refused to give me a refund and then cancelled the chat. I do not recommend them

Ordered a phone case..love the case, but ordered wrong size. Emailed company to see if I could exchange for correct size only to be sent a link to reviews section! Total BS! Very unhappy and will never order again. Now I am out $30 for a phone case I cannot even use!

I accidentally placed an order with a phone case and tote bag... didn’t want the tote bag, so I immediately sent an email to them to cancel the order. I then reordered just the phone case. When a few days later I received both orders... I have been emailed them back and forth to get the order returned to them. They have been asking for an order number so they can get this taken care of, which I explained they never sent to me. Now they tell me they don’t take returns, refunds or exchanges. Worst company experience I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from them.

I accidentally ordered more than one phone case. When I realized the mistake I emailed them to cancel to order so I would have more than one of the same phone case. They said they couldn't cancel the order since it was considered a special order. By the way I ordered it 3 days ago and it still hasn't shipped so I don't see why it couldn't have been canceled.
