Ordered 3 pizzas. Doordash delivered 2 pizzas and blamed Little Caesars. Little Caesars blames Doordash. Neither would provide a remedy.

I’m high risk for Covid-19. Little Caesers refuses curbside pickup and unmasked customers roam freely in the store. I’m not risking my life for a pizza. Way to protect and appreciate your loyal customers. NEVER again!!!

I ordered pizza online, they tried to send my order from somewhere else. I called to cancel and went for myself but they still charged my card. They never gave me a refund, they have very poor customer service and bad online service as well. I will never order delivery again, online from Little Caesars just a terrible company. I never received a refund on my card,I never received any pizza at all. The pizza order date was May 4, 2020, I have been calling and leaving emails with no response. I finally talked to a live person, on May 12, 2020. My conformation number is: 76384, but I never received a refund on my card.

Came did location here in Beaumont Texas (mar 14 @ 16:12)and waited over 20 minutes to receive one deep dish pizza while I was sitting in the lobby I witnessed them making Box Several GPS pizzas As well as make sure the drive thru customers were taken care of even though they were there after I made my work There is absolutely no customer service and seems everybody is lost will not come back this location I'll just pay a little bit more money and buy a pizza from Pizza Hut

Once upon a time, Little Ceasars was the best pizza out there, and then they decided to focus Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Pizzas that are either not hot or not ready. What was once my favorite pizza place has turned into a poor excuse for a cardboard box.

Little Caesars in Searcy, Arkansas is probably the worst pizza place I have ever been to. When they first opened they were good, but have continually gone downhill since. Forget the hot and ready, they have been sitting there for ages. If they do by chance get your order right, the pizza will probably be overcooked, cold or have all the toppings on one side. Customer service is also horrible, even the general manager is rude and could give a crap less about fixing your problems.
