Little CaesarsReviews of littlecaesars.com

Location: 2430 Old Springville Road…Birmingham Ordered a calzony. The presentation was nothing remotely similar to the picture on the menu. Not only was it poorly made but the cardboard pizza box was soaked in grease which in turn soaked the back seat of the car. It also soaked the runner on my island and stained the surface. Disappointed BIG TIME!!!

This is my first time ordering online. When I arrived inside the shop, their instructions on my phone stated that they were just boxing it up. I see the "portals", see people's names come up, see the pizza in there (not a lot though) and I waited and waited and waited for my name. I did not know they would be sending me more emails; I kept looking at my phone for an update since the original instructions said it would be in the portal. I had my code and everything. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, my phone updates that it couldn't go in the portal so I need to go to the window. What!!! There was a line of about 12 people! They took forever to find it since it was filed under my first name and I was giving them my last name. If it had been in the portal I would have recognized either and used the code they gave me. Terrible! Plus the thin crust pizza is nothing to brag about. Doubtful I'll be back even though their prices are good. That was an hour I'll never get back.

I ordered from the one on Victory Dr. & Skidaway Rd. in Savannah Ga. The food itself was good but they need sticker to keep the food closed until the customer receives it and the door dash driver had an attitude and I don't appreciate that when I'm spending my money! His name was George F., not sure if u can do anything but I just wanted u to know!

Store Order ID: 1000666 • Store Location Number: 7522 • Order Number: 536 1) Sausage and green pepper pizza was the tale of two pizzas. The crust on one half was very, very thin and the other half was like a deep dish. Need to do a better job spreading out the dough. 2) Tried the cheese stuffed pretzel dough pepperoni pizza. No noticeable difference between regular crust. Barely any cheese on the pizza...must have used it all for the cheese stuffed crust even though I paid extra. Very disappointing.

I order from the Little Caesars on Henry St. in Muskegon, MI as it is the closest to me. Today my pizza wasn’t too bad, but the breadsticks were a tangled mess and weren’t even cooked thoroughly. It looked like an elephant had stepped on them. And when I ordered a couple weeks ago, the pizza and breadsticks tasted like they were a day old. Definitely not fresh. They also forgot our crazy sauce that we PAID for, and this is not the first time. I’ve used this location for several years, I’m saddened that the quality has gone down so much. It truly seems like the staff just doesn’t care. There’s no such thing as good customer service or pride in your work anymore. It’s a sad world we live in.

That was the worst pizza I have ever had. The Caesars in no.ogden. it was cooked last week.

The food is pretty good but make absolutely sure that you have everything you ordered before you leave the store. I had someone pick up an order for me and it wasn't checked. I was shorted two items which was worth around $6. I called the store and left several messages because you can't talk to a live person at the store. No one ever called me back. I then called Little Caesars Customer Service about the situation and they said they would leave a message with I'm assuming the store. It wasn't very clear what they were doing. I was told I would get a call back 24-48 hours. Never received a phone call. I'm giving them two stars because I feel their customer service is terrible. Lesson learned on checking your order before you leave the store!!

Ordered like we normally do once some times twice a week for it to be an hour late and cold offer as a 15 percent of will see next week and see
