Placed an online order directly from the little caesars website for pickup. There was a missing item and the employee said he couldn't refund one item and only could refund the whole order. Handed the food back to get the whole order refunded and the employee refused to take the food back. Wanted me to wait for him to help the 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru line before issuing me a refund. I informed the employee that I am not willing to wait that long and the employee walked away without saying anything. Its been almost 2 months and still have not been issued a refund.

The biggest issue was the customer service. The staff appeared completely clueless about the order and seemed unwilling to stop what they were doing to make the pizza that they had missed. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but waiting 45 minutes for an order that was already supposed to be ready is unacceptable. What made it worse was that no one apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. A simple apology and better communication would have made a big difference. Very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses the lack of organization and customer service because customers shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup.

I had called in an order to the Trenton location and when I went to pick it up, I noticed a sign on their counter advertising gluten friendly pizza. I ordered it and took it home for my wife who has celiac disease. She ate half and then she looked at the receipt because it was way too good to be gluten free. To her shock, she had been given a regular pizza. This caused her to be violently ill throwing up. She has been for a couple of days. I called and spoke to the manager who gave an uncaring apology saying all she can do is issue a refund. Zero compassion. I went to the store and returned the remained of the pizza. I was given the reason it happened was because it was a new employee she was training. I could accept that. It happens But instead I was given a refund and an attitude the size of Mount Everest. She could give a single fu*k about my wife’s health. Definitely not the attitude of a so called manager trying to at the very least show an ounce of compassion or try to keep a customer. This ignorant woman should definitely not be managing the place. She is definitely harming the name of the company with her low life attitude. I will not return to that place. Oh, and if you have something like this happen to you, don’t waste your time contacting head office. I did and have not heard a single reply. Considering there are 17 pizza places in Quinte West, they definitely can’t afford to make people sick with their food

I ordered a pizza off the Little Caesars app. A Pretzel Crust, Cheese Sauce pizza which is seasonal so I was happy that it was on the menu again. I ordered it and I received a regular pizza with red sauce. So when I called the 800 number FOR Little Caesars I got DoorDash. Who said oh, we're sorry. We'll get you a refund and you should receive an email advising you of this within 24 hours. That they couldn't replace the pizza at the time. I received an email the next day advising of a 25% refund (which I've yet to receive)... I ordered it on 7/12. I called after email offering of 25% and the representative said oh yeah they show that the 25% is what you're getting back and I said "no", the previous representative said, "I should get the full refund for the pizza because it wasn't my error" The 2nd representative advised "Okay, I'll send it up and have it looked at and you'll hear from someone in 24 hours". Well it's past that 24 hours again and I've heard nothing and I've received nothing. I paid $28.82 (pizza, wings, tax, delivery AND Tip!).They should at least provide a TOTAL refund or a COUPON for just the pizza. This is very dissatisfying between Little Caesars and DoorDash. Throwing issue into each other's court and not taking responsibility. Little Caesars is the only pizza place I like over Domino's, Pizza Hut, Marco's and family owned pizzerias and now they've made me very unhappy with no proper response... It's for ONE fricken pizza! How PETTY are these..?Very DISSATISFIED!

I will never try and order nothing for pick up at little caesar i called an order in for pick up for the 4th for 7 boxes of large pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread and I was paying with cash and the lady over the phone who I couldn't really understand said in order me for to do pick up for my oder I have to pay with a debit card im like what I just told u I was paying in cash for the order and she said your order is over $50 and u have to pay with a debit card not cash im like i never heard of no bs like this before and she go transfer me and then she picked up again like how dumb are you I will never try andnorder anything from here again told them to cancle the order and I hung up the phone

I tried using their app, but instead of getting pizza for free like it said we would it charged us and we tried calling the service a few times but everybody hung up on us when we were going to ask them what was wrong with the app.
