Little CaesarsReviews of littlecaesars.com

The little Caesar in conyers Georgia is the worst! Pizza half burned and lopsided 80% of the time. I called and complained to the headquarters 3 times. No one called or contacted me on any way. Horrible customer service. Time to go to another pizza shop luckily there is many that are better than lil Caesar !

Online orderers beware. They will say they will refund you for a terrible order (pizza was inedible and NOT thoroughly cooked- I paid $30 for the order!!), but they won't! They'll tell you the manager will call you, but they won't. They'll pass you on to the store owner, whom will then pass you on to corporate. How does the store owner not honor that?! Thy are the worst pizza I've ever had- which, I couldn't eat more then a bite.

I ordered dinner for my child through the Little Caesar’s app. Their tracker says that it was delivered at 8:10pm. It was never delivered. I was prompted to call and text the driver. I called four times and texted five times with no response to either calls or texts. I then called the restaurant several times, but there was no answer. By this time, I just want to resolve this in person, so I drove to the restaurant. I walk into the restaurant as I’m calling them only to hear the phone ringing. I asked the cashier if they were going to answer the phone. They replied no and just let it keep ringing. I spoke with the manager on duty, and she replied that since I ordered through the app, the app has no affiliation with the restaurant. She wanted me to take it up with Door Dash and that there was nothing she was going to do. There was no attempt by the manager to even attempt to make it right. By this time, it was 8:55pm. My child was supposed to be asleep by 9:00pm but ended up going to bed at 10:15pm after we finally got dinner. The next day, I try to chat with someone from Door Dash. After ten minutes of chat, it abruptly ended. I got the same result when I tried again. I then tried to call and was on hold for 30 minutes. They refused to let me speak to a manager and instead told me a manager would call me back. So far, I’ve received no call at all. This is no way to run a business.

I ordered pizza online for my son's birthday this past Sunday. They took my money and sent me a confirmation e-mail. When I got to the pizza place, they were closed. But their website said they are open on Sunday's. So not only did my son not have the food he wanted for his birthday party, but they also took my money. If they're not going to be open on Sundays then they need to update their website. When I called the "manager" about this issue, she didn't seem to really care that the order never got made. She did refund the money, but could've offered something more and maybe sound like she actually meant her "sorry"

The experience was terrible because they burnt our pizza

Didn't give my family the rest of the food got our orders wrong and didn't give us the drink

We having been sitting outside springville little ceasars now for an hour and 15 minutes. They have 3 high school kids working here, they DO NOT know how to get orders out and manage the weekend load of orders. Someone needs to be here to make sure things are getting done and are organized. These poor kids are just trying to do their best but obviously lack the knowledge on how to get this done. I'm ashamed of corporate for not seeing how down hill this location has gone the last few months and doing something about it. I just want my pizza and breadsticks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people that work there are terrific. The pizza is by far the worst I’ve ever had. The dough is thick and under cooked and tasteless. There’s almost no sauce at all on it. It’s by far the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had!! I would gladly pay double for a quality pizza. I threw it in the trash.
