My boyfriends pizza is bigger than mine, mine is deflated!

I am vegan, so I ordered a plain pizza with sauce only…no cheese, no toppings. Just crust and sauce. I wanted to add vegan cheese and pepperoni at home. A pepperoni pizza is $6.49. My pizza that excluded the two most expensive ingredients (meat and cheese) was $8.99. I asked why would it cost $2.50 more to get a pizza with no cheese or pepperoni, and I was told my crust and sauce pizza was a “specialty pizza.” That’s absurd! To make matters worse, the sauce was way too sweet, and they cut it completely unevenly. How hard is it to cut a pizza at least somewhat even?

I love Little Caesar’s but lately the App has gone to hell. I had my credit card on their app. Now it doesn’t take the card. I called and it connected me with someone who did not speak or understood English It’s a mess and I will no longer order from them.

The size of the pizza is good but I'm not such a fan of the flavor :(

April 13,2024 This has been going on for a while now.. I have been trying for quite some time now to get this issue resolved. I've also sent couple feedbacks on there main website as well. No response ..I've spoken to numerous people at the store at my location about this, on different occasions- they kept telling me to speak with the Manager onsite (which .was not a help ) OR contact corporate .So I called Corporate many times. I finally got to speak with an Anthony ( didnt get his last name - wish I had ) - he stated that this will get passed onto the General Manager, to see how this can be rectified. Have not heard from anyone... .. So, Back on the 15th of July, 2022 - I had placed an online order for a pick-up for on my way home from work -Payment went through, I got my Order # and time frame it was to be ready, so when I arrived at the location in Allentown, Pa .- Store ID # 328638, The store was closed and other people were waiting outside to pick-up their order as well. Un-believable This is not acceptable- The website should have stated No Online Orders available, if the store was closed..Seriously.. .. All I'm been trying to do is either get money refund OR Since I've already paid for the order is to have the order prepared for me and honor it. No way for a business to run. I will keep making a point, until this gets resolved .

No tienen todas las pizzas, esperas más de media hora y te entregan las pizzas tibias no calientes, ya no saben cómo antes.....si no mejoran tronaran

Had me waiting in drive thru for almost 10 min just to find out it was closed. When I finally got tired of waiting & went inside. I was greeted very rudely. Actually no greeting at all nor a thank you. The pizza is good but little Caesars y'all have to do better about who you hire to represent your company. All Detroit locations are horrible customers service

Hice mi pedido para recoger en tienda a las 5:32 pm y ellos me mandaron la notificación que estaría entre 6:27 y 6:32 pero no estuvo listo se me hace exagerado tener que esperar demasiado tiempo más aparte del que se espero ya que me lo entregaron asta las 7:08 pm y todavía la gerente poniendo su cara fea al decirle si se hiba a tardar más el pedido en salir 😡que mal servicio yo no sé para que piden que se haga el pedido en línea y recibir en tienda si se lo van a entregar a una asta que se les hinche si pin...
