Ordered in February and sent many emails to customer service. Initially received email saying shipment delayed due to COVID19 but that was many weeks ago and still no product. I’ve since put in a charge dispute with charge card to get back refund

I ordered their solar phone charger on May 20, 2020. They charged my card immediately but I have received nothing. They are a Scam. They were all over YouTube advertising but nothing now !!!

Adding to the multiple experiences I see here. I received word for word the exact same email previously reported: A container is coming, will send tracking number June 15/16th... No longer any website. Will try to contact my credit card company and see what they say.

LitSolar is a lie. Scam. Fake. Fraud. Ordered 2 products from them back in May, like most people, received one email telling me “A new container has finally arrived! A tracking number will be sent to you on June 15th or 16th.” Received no tracking number, replied 3 or 4 more times, very nicely, letting them know this and to ask when my order will be shipped. No response. Website is now down, and in the middle of disputing this $79.98 transaction with my credit card company. We’ll see what happens. If you see an add for this company, do not buy anything from them ever!

No working contact. No response. No product. No refund. If u want a product, just buy it from amazon... buy a different brand. Dont support these guys. Imagine if 20k people ordered it for $50... the company pretty much stole $1 million

i haven't received my product since May 28 /2020 ordered. they rely me in June that they will be shipping out my order on Jun 15 or Jun 16// Till date not received . No contact number for help line, No reply . I request if product not available please cancel and refund .. still no response till date .. Very sad and poor Customer service very irresponsible approach ....:-(
