I would give zero stars if allowed. I order my battery on May 23rd 2020. I have not gotten an update on Shop or response to my email I sent support. Not a good company to deal with from what I am seeing. Letting Instagram know that this company has bad practices and need to be investigated.

If only I could rate them as a negative 100, that would about sum up my experience with this company. They claim to be incorporated in Indiana, however, they are really incorporated in Illinois. BBB in IL has hundreds of complaints. No big surprise -- ordered the items, they took my money, didn't receive the product, and they simply won't reply to any communication.

Purchased 2 of these chargers on 20th May. I've been emailing them but as you can imagine base on the rest of the reviews here, I've received no reply back from them. Again, purchased via a link on youtube. It is a fraud. It's been over 20 days so far and no product sent. call your bank and get a refund from your bank. Don't let them keep any money. they wont send you anything. What a shame...

Total scam. Ordered 2 on May 20th & have heard nothing since. Have emailed twice and no response. Have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Wish I'd have checked here first. BEWARE!!!

Fraud. I purchased it from a commercial on youtube. Google steals my money. One bigger fraud than the second. I require to close the Litsolar and Youtube with Google for help with fraud - copartnership.

I ordered the lit power bank and the lit battery pack from them and I still haven't received a tracking number or my items yet and I sent them an Email they responded with a email back saying sorry for the delay and that the tracking number will be sent in 3-7 business days and its been more than 7 business days and I've yet to receive a tracking number or my items I purchased I've been trying to get a hold of them I sent them countless emails and now it seems I can't send anymore emails it's like they blocked me cause now the emails can't be sent all I want is my items or my refund I am going to try and call them but I don't know if they'll even answer PLEASE SEND ME MY ITEMS OR MY REFUND THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS

Its a scam I order 3 of them and none have i ever receive any power bank. I email them 2 time and never receive any reply and the website continue to scam people money they; probably took million of dollar as of right now. Is there any action we can take to reclaim our money back? someone who know how to take action against fake company pls help?

Wish I would have checked before ordering. I, too, belive that this company(?) is a scam. Just waiting for the 30 days to be up so I can file with my CC company. What a disappointment.
