Total scam. Ordered May 22, 2020 still nothing received. Disputed charge with bank to get refund.

Also ordered in April. No contact from them other than the initial order "confirmation" with an order number. I've emailed them 3 times, with no response. No receipt of anything from them including the product. Sounds like a great product, but clearly it's vaporware or a scam or they just can't get anything organized to produce, ship and support. Too bad - I'm cancelling payment (finally).

Bad idea to order from LitSolar. It's been over a month since I made my order and it's not yet shipped. I have paid my power bank on May 20th. Today it's June 23rd and I still don't have a tracking number for shipping, which means my order has not yet been shipped. I wrote them twice now, but I am not expecting delivery earlier than two-three months. Horrible company, horrible!

Bad experience ever to buy from Litsolar. Website everything seems legit but after order no confirmation email send. Try to check with them when is the delivery no one reply at all. Is a professional scammer with product and fake review. All buyer who stay near US please find this douchebag and report to police.

I reported them to my bank and got my money back the first time but like a dumb*ss I really wanted this powerbank, so I tried again. Nothing again. Don't waste your time. Hopefully my bank will understand.

Like everyone else on here... I ordered mine in May... last update I got was that I would be getting a shipping confirmation on June 15/16 because a delay coming from the manufacturer. Ugh... Still haven't received anything. I guess I'll be filing a claim.

I have never received my solar phone charger and have not gotten any replies. We should call better business about this scam. No customer service at all. How can we stop them from scamming others and get out refund back. What bad people would do bgg this to others during this hard period for all of us.

Scammers. Took the money sent me and order number. Nothing. Have reported to authorities they wont be allowed to take cards soon
